MORINGA DOGGIE TREATS

Is your furry sidekick needing a special treat or maybe getting up in age?

Did you know that Moringa is also a great benefit to our pets to. From dogs to cows and everything in between, they can get the same great nutrients, anti-inflammatories, and health benefits we do. My dog will sit in front of the oven on baking day drooling for her treats.

This is just one recipe I use, but Moringa can be added to any recipe you prefer. In between treats you can also just mix a little 1/2-1tsp into their wet food.

MORINGA COOKIES

Preheat oven to 350*

1/2 cup Pumpkin puree

1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

3 tbls Peanut Butter

2 eggs

Blend these well until creamy.

2 cups Flour of your choice

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1/4 cup Moringa powder

Mix well and knead if needed. Roll out on waxed paper 1/4" thick, and cut into designs if desired. ( I roll out like a pizza and then cut after baking with a pizza cutter if in a hurry). Use a well greased pan or parchment paper. Bake 20-25 mins.

I have added local raw honey, cinnamon, oats, and other items when I want to try something new. She loves them all.
